Pampac machine has a wide range of Blister packing and cartoning machines and is suited to the customized needs of the customers. Its Blister packing machine provides with single drum technology, which is most cost effective, and high quality solution to the blister packing. Its compact blister packing solution allows multi-product packaging and non-traditional packaging for ampoules, vials, injectables etc. It also offers very high end blister packing machine which is servo controlled and has a high degree of accuracy and quality output with minimum changeover time. Pam-Pac blister-packing machines are value for money and offers a high degree of customized solution.
Pam-pac cartoning machine range starts form very versatile mini cartoning machine suited for small scale operation to very high speed and high end fully automatic cartoning machines with the output of 220 cartons per minute. The versatile cartoning machines, available in two ranges can handle almost all types of product irrespective of shape and size, where the loading of the product into the carton is vertical. The highly sophisticated fully automatic cartoning machines are equipped with specially designed product loaders for automatic loading of the product in the machine and subsequently horizontal pushing of the product into the carton. The range available for the fully automatic cartoning machines are 120, 150 and 220 cartons per min.
The cartoning machines can fully be integrated to the blister packing machine resulting in very effective and reliable operation even at a very high speed.
Automated systems for blister packing and cartoning from Pam Pac include High Speed blister packaging machines capable of producing up-to 600 blisters per minute and High speed cartoning machines which can automatically carton up-to 220 cartons per minute. Integrated lines of Blister packing & cartoning are also available
